Troy High Athletic Boosters – 50/50 Rules

Raffle Prices: 5 tickets for $5, 10 tickets for $10, 15 tickets for $15, and 25 tickets for $20.  Must be 18 or older to purchase.

Prizes: #1) 50% of sales (total prizes awarded not to exceed $500)

Determination of Winner: The raffle will be conducted utilizing Troy High Athletic Boosters volunteers.  Sales will be conducted at the front entrance to the football field.  All sales of tickets will stop at the end of the 3rd quarter of the football game.  The winner will be selected at random at the end of the 3rd quarter of play in the football game.  The first number selected at random will be the winner of prize #1) 50% of sales.   The winner will be announced during the during the 1st break in the 4th quarter and will be displayed at the concession stand.  The winning number will be posted on www.troyboosters.com

Contingency Plan: in the event the game is cancelled prior to the 1st break in the 4th quarter, the winner will be announced at the end of the game and posted on www.troyboosters.com.

Redemption Claim Period for Prize #1 (50% of Sales): If winner dose not report to the concession stand prior to the end of the game, winners have up to 60 days to claim their prize with the Troy High Athletic Boosters.  They can call Mike Sumnar at 248-425-4185.  If not claimed within 60 days the prize will be donated to a non-profit organization on behalf of the athletic programs at Troy High School. 

Refund Policy: Troy High Athletic Boosters – 50/50 tickets are non-refundable.

R432.21509 Minimum age.

Rule 509. Raffle tickets shall only be sold to persons 18 years of age or older.  This does not prohibit the purchase of a raffle ticket by a person who is 18 years of age or older for the purpose of making a gift to a person who is under the age of 18, and does not prohibit a person who is under 18 years of age from receiving a prize or prizes won in a raffle.
